FIELD TRIP: ROBERT IS HERE FRUIT STAND AND FARM

We went up to Robert Is Here in Florida City this week to bring some fun local fruit to Key West and incorporate into our cocktails.

Sapodilla Spritz! St. George Pear Brandy, Fresh Sapodilla, Lime, Tiki Bitters, and Bubbles! 

"Tropical Envy"; Angels Envy Bourbon, Jackfruit, Lemon, Egg White, Bitters. 

While at Robert Is Here in Florida City, we had some Soursop Milkshakes that inspired the
Soursop Colada: Black Coral White Rum, fresh local soursop pureé, fresh lime and pineapple juices, and a touch of coconut cream.
